- Dwyer Foundation is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act

- 80G tax receipts will be issued within 30 days of donation
- PAN number is required for donations above Rs. 50,000 and for 80G certificates
Donation Usage
- Donations are used for charitable activities as per our mission
- We reserve the right to allocate funds to the area of greatest need
- Specific program donations will be used for that program where feasible
- Administrative costs are kept minimal (typically under 15%)
Foreign Contributions: Dwyer Foundation is registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) to receive foreign donations. Foreign donors should contact us for specific instructions.
Donations to Dwyer Foundation are generally non-refundable as they are contributions to charitable activities. However, we understand that errors can occur.
