Our Mission

"Helping People Help Themselves" — We believe in empowering individuals and communities to create opportunities for growth, self-reliance, and sustainable progress — to go forward as positive citizens.

Our Vision

To build a more inclusive and equitable society — one where every person has the resources and support needed to thrive, reach their full potential, and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

Health & Wellness Programme

Prioritising Health for a Better Future

Good health is the foundation of a strong and prosperous community. We offer a comprehensive Health and Wellness Programme dedicated to improving healthcare access, promoting preventive health, and creating awareness about key health issues across communities all over India.

Medical Camps & Clinics

Free health check-up clinics and medical camps bringing healthcare to remote villages and underserved communities.

Mental Health Awareness

Comprehensive mental health education programs addressing stigma and promoting psychological well-being.

Nutrition & Hygiene

Educational initiatives on proper nutrition, hygiene practices, and disease prevention for healthier communities.

Preventive Healthcare

Proactive health programs focusing on prevention, early detection, and health awareness campaigns.

Empowering Communities through Knowledge

Through our medical camps, free health check-up clinics, and health awareness campaigns, we educate individuals about nutrition, hygiene, mental health, and disease prevention. By delivering vital health information and on-ground support, we at Dwyer Foundation empower people to make informed health decisions and take proactive steps toward their well-being. Our goal is to ensure that even in the most remote areas and underprivileged communities have access to reliable healthcare education and services.

Collaborating for Equitable Healthcare

We believe collaboration is the key to sustainable impact. That's why we network with healthcare professionals, local clinics, and hospitals to provide medical care and support to those who need it most. The Dwyer Foundation actively advocates for equitable healthcare access for marginalised and rural communities, where healthcare infrastructure is often limited or not available. Through these partnerships, we aim to bridge the healthcare gap and bring quality medical services closer to those who often lack its availability.

Promoting Well-being & Resilience

Our Health and Wellness initiatives focus not only on treatment but also on building resilience and long-term wellness. By addressing critical health challenges and encouraging preventive healthcare practices, we help communities lead healthier, happier lives. Each step we take contributes to a stronger, more resilient society where health and well-being are prioritised for all.

Our Commitment to a Healthier Tomorrow

At Dwyer Foundation, we are deeply committed to improving community health and promoting wellness through awareness, access, and action. Together—with Knowledge, Compassion, and Collaboration—we can make quality healthcare a reality for all. Join us in bringing health today for a better, brighter tomorrow.

In Memoriam

Honoring those who dedicated their lives to our mission and continue to inspire us

Edwin Vincent Lall

Edwin Vincent Lall (1944 - 2024)

Devoted Volunteer & Well-wisher

With deep gratitude, we remember Late Edwin Vincent Lall, whose unwavering commitment and faith greatly strengthened our mission. Aged 80, Edwin was a retired executive of CASA (Church's Auxiliary for Social Action) and a life member of the Madras & Gaya YMCAs. A man of wide-ranging knowledge and interests — including automobiles, medicine, social action, religious philosophy, and languages — he generously shared his wisdom, expertise, and experiences with all who knew him. Following his retirement, despite fragile health and significant financial constraints, Edwin offered his time and expertise to assist us in developing website content and remained one of our most devoted well-wishers.

"Volunteering is a very rewarding and satisfying activity." — Edwin Vincent Lall
